Perfect weather for the 3rd Shuttleworth show in succession - unheard of!
Widely known as Fly Navy 3 (despite there having been Fly Navy shows a decade ago...) this show is arguably starting to suffer from repetition of the same theme. Nevertheless, it does tend to boast the largest number of heavy metal visiting acts seen at an Old Warden show.
Adding extra interest this time were rare landing-on appearances from the TFC Wildcat and Corsair, the Corsair in particular being highly impressive as it planted its wheels on the Old Warden turf as though it were a rolling carrier deck.
